Absolutely. Any information you enter is encrypted using SSL security - the same state-of-the-art security measures used by online retailers, banks, and other financial institutions.
In addition to credit/debit cards, you can also give via Bank Account (our recommendation). While we're happy to accept your donation by any means, Bank Account donations cost significantly less, allowing more of your gift to go towards the ministry.
Anyone who used our previous online giving can login using the same username (email address) and password as before. Should you encounter an issue, please click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, enter your email, and you'll promptly be emailed a new password. (Printed Instructions) Look for an email from "firstname.lastname@example.org" with the subject line "Password Reset Request."
Note: If you receive the below error after submitting your email for password reset, it means the email address you tried is not in our Giving system. (It should read "No Record Found" - our provider will have this message fixed shortly). Please try a different email address or Register for an Account.
No. That said, we do recommend creating one so that you can view your online giving history. Also, you will be asked to create an account if you'd like to set up recurring donations. To create an account, click the sign in tab, then simply click "Register for an Account."
Yes. You will be emailed a donation receipt each time you give. In addition, we'll send you a summary of all your giving in January
No. That said, for gifts over $5,000, please contact us to ensure they're processed in a timely fashion. (Our internal giving security can flag large donations for security reasons).
